Request Account Deletion
Before You Continue
Account deletion is permanent. All your delivery records, trip history, and analytics data will be removed and cannot be recovered.
What Gets Deleted
Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Delivery records and trip history
- Tally data (bird counts, weights, quantities)
- Customer and driver information you added
- Analytics and performance metrics
- Challan numbers and delivery documentation
- All locally stored offline data
- Usage preferences and settings
Data That May Be Retained:
- Anonymized analytics data (for app improvement)
- Transaction records required by law (up to 7 years)
- Legal compliance documentation
- Fraud prevention records (if applicable)
Deletion Timeline

Request Received - We'll send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Verification - We may contact you to verify your identity (1-3 days).

Data Deletion - Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Confirmation - You'll receive a final confirmation email when deletion
is complete.
Alternative Options
Before deleting your account, you might want to consider these alternatives:
Delete from App
You can also request deletion directly from the PoultryBook app in Settings > Account > Delete Account.
Export Your Data
Want a copy before deleting? Contact us to request an export of your data.
Request ExportPause Instead
Not ready to delete? You can simply stop using the app. Your data will remain secure.
