By accessing, downloading, or using the PoultryBook mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PoultryBook ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App and any related services provided by us.

2. Service Description

2.1 PoultryBook Services

PoultryBook provides a mobile application designed for poultry distribution management, including:

• Delivery tracking and management
• Tally and inventory management
• Driver and farm owner coordination
• Analytics and reporting
• Offline functionality with data synchronization

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of the App, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice.

2.3 Service Updates

We may update the App from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. You acknowledge that such updates may modify or delete certain features of the App.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use the App to transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

4.2 Content Standards

You are responsible for all content you input into the App. You agree not to input content that:

• Infringes upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Contains personal data of individuals without proper authorization
• Is false, misleading, or inaccurate

4.3 Commercial Use

The App is intended for commercial use in the poultry distribution industry. You may use the App for your business operations in accordance with these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 App Ownership

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by PoultryBook and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your internal business purposes.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the App
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App to develop competing products

5.4 Trademarks

"PoultryBook" and all related logos and marks are trademarks of PoultryBook. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

6. Data Ownership and Rights

6.1 Your Data

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the data you input into the App ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.

6.2 License to Your Data

By inputting Your Data into the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you.

6.3 Data Backup

While we implement data backup procedures, we are not responsible for any loss of Your Data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data as necessary.

6.4 Data Export

We provide functionality to export Your Data from the App. Upon termination of your account, you may request export of Your Data within 30 days of termination.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

• Supabase: Cloud infrastructure and authentication services

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9.2 No Warranty

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the App will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

9.3 Industry-Specific Disclaimer

The App is designed for use in the poultry distribution industry. While we strive to provide accurate and useful features, we do not guarantee that the App is suitable for all business operations or that it complies with all industry regulations in your jurisdiction.

9.4 Data Accuracy

We are not responsible for the accuracy of data input by users. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of Your Data and any reports generated by the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PoultryBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Any content obtained from the App
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10.2 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the past 12 months for the App, or (b) $100 USD.

10.3 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PoultryBook and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any content you input into the App

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the App or by contacting us at support@poultrybook.in.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees (if applicable)
• Extended period of inactivity

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and all associated data
• All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

12.4 Data Retention After Termination

Following termination, we may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. You may request data deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Sending you a notification through the App or via email

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App and terminate your account.
